Please read the following FAQ if you are experiencing difficulties with the registration process, or just have any questions in general. If you have any additional questions or concerns, contact us.
Camp Registration
To register for camps you must be logged in. If you don't have an account, create one here. Once you are logged in, navigate to the march break or summer camp page which can be found by clicking on "Camps" on the menu above. There, you will see a list of available camps, and can click register on them to add them to your cart. You can add multiple camps and multiple quantities of those camps if you are registering more than one child. You can then proceed to the checkout page and enter your child's details and make the payment for the camp (the price will be calculated after selecting the schedule options on this page).
Both full week, and individual days scheduling options will appear once you are on the checkout page.
You are most likely experiencing a browser caching issue. To fix this, try again using a different web browser OR go to this link and see how you can clear your cache: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic (note: you DO NOT need to delete your browsing history or cookies; just the cache).
we only accept credit card payments from Mastercard and Visa. All other cards, such as American Express, will not work.
After adding a camp to your cart, click "update cart" before adding another or clicking checkout.

Account
When resetting your password, you will get an email with a verification code. When you are on the page where it asks for the code, it will also ask for your username. Your username is NOT your email, but what you entered when you first created an account. Some email clients will automatically send email's of unknown senders to the junk/spam folder. Make sure to check this folder.
